If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, we can’t take responsibility for delays, mis deliveries, or parcels that go missing as a result. These orders are non-refundable.
We can not ship to PO Boxes in South Africa, so we recommend using a home or business address where possible. We may use different courier partners depending on your location, and we reserve the right to change carriers if needed.
Processing time (getting your order packed and ready) is separate from shipping time (the courier’s transit time). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details (where available).
Tattoos from our stock library ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom tattoos are made to order and ship separately within 3–4 weeks.
• Orders can’t be cancelled/refunded once they’re in transit.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, we can’t change the delivery address, please check it carefully before placing your order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it wasn’t collected, re-delivery is at the customer’s cost.
